CHOOSE YOUR LIFEPATH

The Cyberpunk 2077 video game offers three defining lifepath options to choose the backstory for the player character, V. The lifepath alters the beginning of the game, offering three varied opening chapters as well as offering additional benefits, quests and dialogue options throughout the game.

NOMAD

Nomads are part of a clan, a family of sorts, that roam the Badlands deserts around Night City. They value their family above anything, but for one reason or another, V left that family behind.

STREETKID

Streetkids have lived most of their lives in Night City. They know the streets, the gangs, the slang, and generally what's going on in the "lower life" aspects of the city, which could present certain favorable opportunities later in the game.

CORPO

Corpos are most at home in the board room and rising the corporate ladder. They are familiar with doing whatever it takes, often at the expense of social perception, to progress further their ambitions and status in a society that values only wealth and status in 2077. As such, a Corpo's cynicism gives the benefit of seeing through lies and being able to read between the lines when trying to do business or negotiate with others.
